A holistic approach to health and wellness:  To understand your personal needs, Kitty looks at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As she works together with her clients, she looks at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

A health coach (or health counselor) is a wellness guide and supportive mentor. Together, you’ll work to achieve your goals in areas such as weight management, food cravings, sleep and energy. Through working with Kitty, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

With an educational background in dietetics, professional experience as a nutrition and fitness coach, and certification as a holistic health counselor, Kitty has studied all the major dietary and wellness theories from several different angles. With so much information and so many approaches to a healthy lifestyle available, it can be overwhelming to choose which advice to follow. Through her personalized coaching and support, Kitty will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.
